Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase! If you’d like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request it. Please see further details below.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging and condition. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (R 120.00 flat rate return shipping).
• Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only and are unfortunately not refundable.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes swimwear, underwear, earrings, etc..

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or Altered Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, washed, worn, stained, or otherwise affected by the customer after delivery.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If an item is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, it will not qualify for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
